Sound but a Feeling

The sound of the wind,

Carried the music over

The still water,

Creating

Tiny ripples,

which danced,

In perfect unison with the beats,

Of the sound.

🎵🎶🎵

Was the water,

In that sweet moment,

feeling the music,

As it swayed in perfect

Rhythm

To its melody?

🎶🎵🎶

Was the melody,

creating thoughts of

creative vibrations

That Harmoniously affected the water,

With Swirling movements,

Of Consistent patterns

of light?

🎵🎶🎵

Does a feeling,

then,

similar to sound,

create the thought,

That releases our own

Sequence of emanating

light

Into our

own reality?

The Journey Back Home ~ 9.30.2017

Sound 🔊 On!!! 🔊

Did you know that a rainbow is actually a perfect circle representative of unity and wholeness?

Art and music, when combined forms a perfect unified circle infused with sound and light, also representative of wholeness.

Art and music. It speaks to us. It moves us. It unites us. ✨✨✨

We share a creation involving an artist, a musician, and my writing below to bring you some PLUR (peace love unity respect ) vibes.

From an older post of mine:

Language of Colors 🌈💫🌈

The sun spilled out from the sky,

Extending his long arms,

as glorious beams of light,

Reaching out to me,

All of his fingers,

Were diluted with all these beautiful bright colors,

A colorful spectrum of light,

Shining brightly,

All within his hands,

And as these colors sweetly touched my face,

They spoke to me and whispered,

This is how,

You too,

Can paint the world,

With your light.

The Woven Word – 11.29.16

harpist-spider-2
Artist Unknown

She sat in her white robe.

It was tied solely at the corner of her left shoulder.

She was wearing nothing underneath.

She plucked the strings,

Of a harp,

The angelic sounds,

so perfect,

It was more than math.

This math quickly turned into passionate love making.

The instrument stood solid between her legs,

While her hands gently touched

the monochord instrument

with such sweet caresses,

they produced such sweet vibrations,

they electrified her entire body to the core.

A feeling so profound,

Her soul moaned with pleasure.

And in that very instance,

She heard her soul sing.

A melody of words which she desperately anguished to write.

They were so full of passion; creation.

A tune reminding her that she had nothing to fear,

For the desires and pleasures that were awakening within her,

Were simply memories;

Memories that were here to set her free.

And so, resolved,

she stopped for a brief moment,

got up, and walked over to the wall.

And as if in Ancient Egypt,

and so that her words would never be forgotten,

She carved in black bold ink:

“TO JUDGE THYSELF IS A JUDGMENT IN ITSELF.”

And with that,

She sat down,

legs wide open,

placed the instrument confidently between her legs,

and allowed the music to become her.

Inspired by an Egyptian Poem called “The Harpeer’s Song for Inherkawy” from the National Geographic News:

The Harper’s Song for Inherkhawy (Excerpt)

So seize the day! hold holiday!
Be unwearied, unceasing, alive
you and your own true love;
Let not the heart be troubled during your
sojourn on Earth,
but seize the day as it passes!

True Love Waits – 10.20.16

radiohead-ok-computer-song-meaning-true-love-waits-two

We let anger get the best of us.

We have no idea why we feel we must behave a certain way,

When it’s all just a quest,

A voyage to find our lost selves,

We plow through, but forcefully,

Hurting the ones we love,

Unintentionally,

All because our soul is screaming to break free,

But we did not know.

We did not understand.

So we created sparks,

Turmoil and waves,

A collateral damage

Which still remains,

And it’s not until that moment

That it all clicks.

That we could have gotten to our destination,

In another way,

A better way.

There is always, a gentle way,

To seek our truths.

It starts with forgiveness.

Infinity – 8.1.2016

You feel it, don’t you?

The way the storms move inside your chest?

Does your skin crawl with every breathe you take?

When did you notice it?

That full heaviness that sets in right in middle of your chest.

It’s new, isn’t it?

You don’t even know where it comes from,

Or when it was that it first appeared.

But it’s the interconnectedness of it all.

The feel of the gravitational pull of the earth.

Pushing you forward, setting you onto your destined course.

An infinite oneness;

A mixture of both

joy and the pain;

fear and the love;

And all because….we are one.

Flashbacks of Non-Existent Moments – July 13, 2016

flashback2

Did I fall in love with you today, or was it yesterday?

As for here, we have never even met.

Was it in a different time, or in a different place beyond this universe?

Am I loving you right now?

Do we find ourselves currently together, but in a different land foreign to this world?

Flashbacks of moments that never existed,

I can still taste the scent of your hypnotizing energy.

I know nothing about you, yet I know everything.

Drawn to you, you visit and speak to me with love, but in my dreams.

The earth signals to us as our frequencies grow stronger, succumbing to each other’s desire to find one another.

Is this part of a game we both agreed to play together?

One where we decided to place ourselves in each side of the world, only to see if we could magnetically, and without a physical meeting, find one another?

Because what a wonderful feeling it is to know that you are in this world.

A Dream within a Dream ~ July 5, 2016

We met at my childhood home.

It had been so long since we last saw each other.

I was anxious and excited.

I ran to the front door quietly, as to not wake my sleeping mom.

I could see him parking his car out front.

As he got out of his car and commenced walking towards me, I could feel my face blushing, gleaming with delight.
I could not believe he was actually there in front of me.

Worried that someone would see him, I barely looked at him and awkwardly beckoned him into my dark and quiet home.

I was sneaking him inside my childhood bedroom, and didn’t want my mom knowing he was there.

Leading him down the dark and long hallway, I  showed him to my room.

He walked inside, and I followed. My back towards him as I locked the door, I could already feel his firey energy on the other side of the room. Still. Waiting.

As I turned to face him, we both stood silently for a moment, just looking at each other. As we both smiled big penetrating smiles, I analyzed each and every detail in his face.

Taking in his energy which tasted so familiar, I admired his being. I had longed to be in his presence again for so long.

He looked different, but the same.

Our bodies now becoming two magnets that could no longer resist each other, swiftly met in the middle of the bedroom.

Caught in a long awaited embrace, our energies combined and danced together beneath a deep passionate kiss.

It was rain after a long drought. A frozen moment in time.

I felt so much passion. So much love. So much pleasure.

We made love for what felt like hours. We took breaks in between catching up on lost time.

We had conversations between kisses, and then we would get lost in passionate love making again.

But once the sun started rising, he had to go.

He promised he would come back to see me later that day.

I let him out of the house, and watched, satisfied, as he drove off.

And then, I woke up.

Quote from a Poem by Edgar Allen Poe

Sunkissed – June 16, 2016

sunkissed

I’ll meet you in that seldomly occuring space  between the sun and the moon,

Where my breath escapes me.

A rare meeting of lovers located at two different ends of the world,

The North and South poles anxious to live the splendor of their union,

From the East he awakens in all his grandeur;

An eternity of oceans and worlds away, he waits.

Casting her glow from the West she starts ascending towards him.

Floating, beaming with an air of mystery and seduction she smiles her devilish smile.

Such a beautiful finale to the day’s end,

Passion oozing into the sky, as when heat waves evaporate into the air,

Culminating in an explosion of love caused by their long awaited kiss goodbye.

Free Thinkers – June 14, 2016

Who are Free Thinkers.jpg

“Let’s change the world,” he said.

“How?” she asked.

“Start with love, and go back to the beginning,” he responded, “everything you were taught as a child needs some re-visiting.”

“What do you mean?” She looked at him in awe.

“Whatever feels natural, whatever feels good, that’s what you must follow…” he replied, continuing on in a very gentle and loving voice, “Look around you, and then look inside yourself, and then after that, ask yourself what makes sense, and what doesn’t? “

He leaned in closer and whispered with passion, “the more truthful you are with yourself about your life it will start having an impact on everything around you.  But, in order to do so, you must be brave.  Don’t let fear cloud your judgment.  Follow through, always acting out of love. That alone will give you clarity, and change your reality.  We are free thinkers, and we are here to change the world….”

A Letter to Guarded Hearts – June 9, 2016

Beatles

We are not supposed to say what we feel.

We fear that in doing so,

We will expose ourselves too much;

That we might lose in the very same game that we ourselves choose to play.

We long for connection, but deny it to ourselves.

We prefer superficiality to guard ourselves from any pain.

We choose emptiness, at the slightest idea of missing someone.

But, I ask you this, do you really feel alive?
